New construction allows you to customize living space to your vision and expectations.  The owner of this prime piece of property wanted to come up with a master plan for the property.  

The immediate need was to provide guest space, so the design was phased to build out a three car garage with a full apartment above. The plan was organized in a way that the actual home could be built at a later date with minimal disruption.  The site was organized to take advantage of the views to the rear, while creating a circular drive to create privacy from the street.
